- Pour fresh milk into the Nespresso milk frother to the lower of the indicator lines.
- Press the on button. A red light should appear, to indicate that the frother is working. Then wait a few seconds and your milk should be frothy in a few seconds.
- To froth cold milk, hold down the ON button as the milk froths to prevent it from getting heated up.
Does the Nespresso milk frother heat milk?

Can you put cream in a Nespresso milk frother?
It is not advisable especially if you have heavy cream as the cream will overwhelm the frother. On the other hand, you can dilute it with some milk and froth it in small portions.
What do you do when the Nespresso milk frother is not working?
First, check if the frother is plugged into a working wall outlet. If it is getting power, you can reset the frother to factory settings by turning off the machine and holding down the Lungo button for 5 seconds while it is off.
